PHOTOCURRENT TRANSIENTS ANALYSIS and MODELING in MOLECULAR DOPED POLYMERS

To analyze the transport process, a formalism was developed similar to charge carrier transport in crystalline materials. Classical electrostatic and electrodynamics treatment with specific boundary conditions were employed. The spreading velocities and deep trapping times were evaluated. By this method we determined the dispersive and spatiotemporal features of the transient charge packets in MDPs.
